Southeast Disability and Business Technical Assistance Center (SE DBTAC) Regional resource center on the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 ADA). The SE DBTAC—a project of United Cerebral Palsy Associations, Inc. (UCPA)—is one of 10 regional resource centers funded by the National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research (NIDRR), a division of the U.S. Department of Education. PURPOSE: To provide accurate ADA information, technical assistance and training to businesses and people with disabilities.
